How to Prepare Butter Paneer Masala

– 500g paneer, cubed

– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1 teaspoon kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
– 1 cup water
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

Boil the paneer cubes in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
