Step 1: Gather Your Materials

Before diving into the crafting process, you’ll need to gather the following materials:

1. Cardstock or construction paper in various colors (white, yellow, black, pink, and orange)
2. Scissors
3. Glue or tape
4. Black marker or permanent marker
5. Yellow felt or craft foam
6. Red felt or craft foam
7. White craft foam or paper
8. Black craft foam or paper
9. Yellow pom-poms or craft eyes
10. Yellow pipe cleaner or craft wire
11. Yellow or orange yarn or ribbon
12. A small black button or a black craft foam circle
13. A small pink button or a pink craft foam circle
14. Elastic or string for the tail

Step 2: Cut Out the Pieces

Using your scissors, cut out the following pieces from the cardstock or construction paper:

1. Two large white circles for the cheeks
2. Two small white circles for the eyes
3. Two large yellow circles for the face
4. Two small yellow circles for the nose
5. One large yellow circle for the nose
6. One large black circle for the mouth
7. Two small black circles for the teeth
8. Two small pink circles for the blush
9. Two small orange circles for the whiskers

Step 3: Assemble the Face

Begin by gluing the white circles to the yellow circles to create the cheeks. Let them dry. Then, glue the small white circles to the center of the cheeks to form the eyes.
