1. Accessing Your Mailbox

The first step in deleting mail stored on your Mac is to access your mailbox. Open the Mail app on your Mac, and you’ll be greeted with your inbox. If you have multiple email accounts, you can switch between them using the dropdown menu at the top left corner of the Mail app.

2. Selecting Emails to Delete

Once you’re in your inbox, you can start selecting the emails you want to delete. To select a single email, simply click on it. To select multiple emails, hold down the Command (⌘) key and click on each email you want to delete. Alternatively, you can click on the first email, then scroll to the last email and click on it while holding down the Shift key. This will select a range of emails between the two.

5. Emptying the Trash Folder
