Step 1: Open the Photos App

Step 2: Select the Album

Once the Photos app is open, you’ll see a list of albums that are synced with your Apple Watch. These albums include the “All Photos” album, which contains all the photos you have taken or downloaded, as well as any other albums you have created. To delete photos, you need to select the specific album from which you want to remove images.

Step 3: Choose the Photos to Delete

Under the “iCloud Photo Library” section, you will see the option to “Remove from My iPhone.” Tap on this option to delete the photos from your iPhone and remove them from iCloud.
